I purchased a puppy from Pine Acres for my mother. The service was exceptionally responsive by text over the winter holidays. They answered my numerous detailed questions and scheduled a visit based on our preferred timing—no rush, no pressure. Their pricing and policies were upfront and straightforward.

Upon visiting, you can see that the puppies are well cared for in a family home that includes children—not a factory. They were willing to answer additional questions on-site with me on Facetime. We met the puppy's mother and two puppies they had reared. They were upfront about her health issues -- a mild hernia that is subsiding on its own.

They sent the puppy home with a crate, blanket, detailed packet of information, food, fully dewormed, 1 month of free health insurance, and microchipped with tracking service. Our vet said she was a very healthy and happy puppy.

Libby was crate-trained and mostly house-trained. She sleeps quietly through the night and naps throughout the day in her crate. She is exceptionally playful until it is time for cuddles but also has a good settle. She's quickly learned some simple commands. She's absolutely adorable, and we couldn't ask for a better experience.
