About Pine Acres Puppies
We're a family-run breeder in Kinzers, PA. Every puppy is raised inside our home — not a kennel — alongside our family.

Our story
From childhood, I’ve experienced the unconditional love and comfort that a furry companion brings. That love inspired our family in 2005 to start raising Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Maltese puppies—not just as pets, but as loyal companions that bring joy, healing, and purpose to families.
Raising these puppies is a family passion. Our five children play an active role in socializing, caring for, and loving each puppy, learning the responsibility and joy that comes with raising these special dogs. This hands-on approach ensures that our Cavalier and Maltese puppies are well-adjusted, affectionate, and ready to bond with their forever families.
Both Cavaliers and Maltese are known for their gentle nature, trainability, and ability to provide emotional support. Whether you’re looking for a loving therapy dog, a companion for a special needs child, or simply a new best friend, we are dedicated to helping you find the perfect match.

Plan Ahead for Your Perfect Puppy
Our ethically raised puppies find their forever homes quickly. If you don't see the right match today, reserving a spot from an upcoming litter guarantees you’ll be among the first to welcome a new, healthy family member.

We do the hard work — so they're ready
Every litter is raised in our home on the same structured path before going home.
Whelped in our living room and monitored around the clock. Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) begins.
Daily handling and developmentally appropriate exposure — sounds, surfaces, people — building a confident, calm adult.
Crate, potty, and leash training all begin before a puppy ever leaves us.
Well-adjusted, confident, and vet-cleared — ready to give unconditional love and steadfast comfort.
A small, home-centered program in Kinzers, PA
Located near Kinzers, PA, Pine Acres Puppies is family-run, where every puppy is raised inside the home — not in a kennel. Our property is where our dogs live, play, and grow alongside our family, giving them a strong foundation of comfort and real-life experiences from day one.
We proudly welcome families near and far. Because our program is intentionally small, visits and placements are scheduled in advance through our waitlist.
Health first — always
Every breed we raise comes with its own known health considerations, and we take them seriously. We are intentional about our dam and sire pairings, and both parents complete health screening before any litter is planned.
